Gave me a burnt cart and wouldn't refund it or exchange it for another one. I was told that if I had any problems with it I could return after 7 days. refunds are only for if the hardware is broken or there is some sort of defect. One would assume a burnt cart that came like that out of the packaging would be a defect. If I could I would rate -5 stars.
