Always have an easy going time coming here and engaging with the staff about product but this time was unfortunately was the opposite. Female staff this morning had a terrible attitude with poor customer service. Forgot to get the name. Didn't know pricing, didn't have any suggestions or insight. Just kept saying look at the book. I'd like to engage and know more about quality, product from an actual person working and not spend half hour browsing through a book. That's all.
