| I'm leaving this review to share a customer service experience, not to get anything for free… because I don't care about 20 stupid dollars…
I purchased a sealed pre-roll from this store on December 20 2025 and, when I got home and opened it, the tube was empty. I returned to the store right away to explain what happened. One employee was kind and listened, but I overheard comments suggesting that the product would have been checked and that I was not be telling the truth.
I understand that situations like this are unusual, but it was frustrating to feel dismissed and to have assumptions made rather than the concern being addressed respectfully. Customers should not be automatically treated as if they are lying when raising an issue.
I was told a manager would follow up with me, but I never received a call. I'm not upset about the dollar amount — I just wanted the issue acknowledged and handled professionally. I hope the store can improve how concerns like this are handled in the future.. |
