| I don't often take the time to write reviews, but after the way Sam took care of things last night at the Canna Cabana Varsity location, I felt this needed to be said.
The young man working with her is still getting used to those night shifts — nothing wrong with him, he just needs a bit more experience. But Sam? She held the evening together with real strength and professionalism.
Her attitude stayed calm and respectful the whole time. A few of us came in late looking for products, and she never rushed us or made anyone feel like we were a bother. She made sure we got exactly what we needed, explained things clearly, and kept a good, grounded vibe in the store.
What stood out most was that even after her shift should've ended, she stayed a little longer to help finish serving those last customers so no one walked out feeling brushed off. That kind of dedication is rare, and it speaks to who she is.
Sam works with knowledge, kindness, and genuine heart. Because of her, I'll definitely be returning to this location.
Five stars for Canna Cabana Varsity — truly earned.
