Ok but PLEASE tell your staff to avoid accusing young women of being senior citizens, even if the intent is to be kind and offer a seniors discount. Its RUDE. What I would suggest is posting a little sign that says, "we offer seniors and veterans discounts". Then you could point to the sign and ask customers if they qualify for your special discountS (plural!!), instead of directly telling a lady she looks senior-citizen old. Thx.
