| Called ahead and asked about a particular oz they had in-stock online. They said they had it, and would put it aside. They did not put it aside, because they did not have it. The employee did not bother to turn around and look at their spinach section, which was right behind them, let alone grab the item they said they had set aside. It was the wrong product. Drove all the way to the other side of the city because they told me on the phone they had this product. Did not offer any resolution whatsoever or seem to care at all. Brutal service. |
