| Purchased a 28gram bag of Big Bag O Buds.
Got home, opened it, and it looked small.
Got the scale out and weighed it up.
To my surprise it only weighs 14grams.
(14.1 to be exact)
I assumed it was mislabelled as 28grams instead of 14grams by the brand company as mistakes can happen. Figured I would contact the brand company to get the other half of my product I paid for since it is likely their mistake and not Olympias. No worries right? Easy peasy.
Well of course that is not how it has gone.
I sent an email to Big Bag O Buds which I immediately received an auto reply from them with a link to fill out a complaint form. So I filled out the form with all requested information. Nobody from the team at Big Bag O Buds has even replied let alone tried to resolved the issue. So I guess it is safe to say that they do not care and I am just out half of what I paid for.
It is time we stop having to buy cannabis blind.
It is bad enough we cannot see what we are buying for quality, but we also cant tell if the weight is even correct. Spending the money on 28grams and only receiving 14grams is soo far beyond unacceptable. I mean, when you buy a bottle at the LCBO the bottle isnt HALF FULL! Buyers be ware as it is clear that these companies can get away with whatever they want and us consumers are left with no recourse. Being short a point here or there is one thing and part of the tolerances allowed, but being short an entire 14 GRAMS is just unacceptable!!! Olympia should maybe .. |
