The product I bought was broken (510 cartridge), I returned it in the store and they gave me a refund receipt, but I never received the refund. I called the store to ask about it, they said I had to solve directly with my bank. Now I'm gonna have to waste more time solving this issue that should have been solved by the store weeks ago.
