I visited one plant on Brookdale ave Cornwall I purchased VOLO WOOF WALKERS PRE-ROLLS 6X0.3g when I opened them I was 1 short I got 5 instead of 6 plus I had to pack them down there is No way that each one weighed 0.3 G I called back to report it and asked the boy cody what he was going to do about it he said he didn't have any pass words and I am to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager and I tried to ask the boy something about the issue and he hung up the phone. He did not want to deal with the issue as it was him who sold it to me there was No one else in the store he asked me if I wanted the receipt I said No I have a record in my bank accound so I didn't get the receipt I didn't think I'd need it and when I asked cody if he'd print me my receipt I'd go get it right away because he said I am to bring the receipt tomorrow when I said I didn't take it and did he remember he said he can't do anything and hung up the phone on me. It was the first time I was ever treated so terrible by any employee from one plant I will go tomorrow to speak with the manager and see if he is going to correct the issue or not. If not its my last time I will ever go to one plant I will take my buisness elsewhere.
