| I have an elite membership. I paid $50 for a disposable vape at this location, only to get home (different city) and discover it doesn't work. I brought it to the canna cabana location in my town and they said they couldn't help me, I have to take it back to where I bought it. I said "I have an elite membership, the receipt is in your system, I wouldn't be returning it full if it was working." They said sorry chump. So I've been trying to call this location but no one answers the phone. At this point I don't wanna waste a 2 hour drive for nothing, and I can't even get a person on the phone to discuss this issue. I am a very unhappy customer. 🙁 |
