Everyone here is SO kind and helpful! Best customer service in the industry by far. Always have the best recommendations, and are always working so hard to make it a great fun experience. When I purchased the wrong thing and had an issue their supervisors were so understanding and found what I was actually looking for! My dogs even love coming in to say hi and get their treats! I have never had a bad experience here. Thank you all for being so amazing!
