| After ordering my desired selection online and paying online, I received a phone call about a half hour after I placed my order telling me they only had a few of my selected bags. Still I went there to figure this out. After failing to provide what the site said for supply, I asked for a simple refund back to my credit card. That was met with a resounding no. I don't care what system you use Beaverton Cannabis - it was a simple refund. So then I go cash back from the rest of the lacking order - promting me to have to make an extra trip to my bank to redeposit my funds.
Thanks for nothing Beaverton Cannabis. Your store is a mess, your ordering system is a mess and so is your customer service. I feel bad for the people of Beaverton that have to put up with this BS. Only one industry can play with the consumer like this, and I got played. Thanks for my first and last visit there. I shall be informing all friends how difficult a simple online order can be from Beaverton Cannabis.
You really deserve to get your license pulled until you can be a regular retail cannabis establishment. If I could rank zero stars I would. |
