| Please read: I recently shopped here for the first time yesterday. When I opened my cartridge and tried to use it, it kept saying shorted on my battery so I assumed it was just a connection issue. I tried to look for their return policy online, I couldn't find it on their website but I did take another look at the receipt and there it was on the bottom. When I was trying to look for their policy, I was reading the reviews and it seems like people were having trouble returning cartridges. So I was a little skeptical that I wasnt gonna get a return but I thought I would go in and try anyway.
They were amazing about it! they looked at it and tested it, there was an actual manufacture problem with it and they returned it no problem. I asked them about the reviews they have online just being nosy and curious. They explained to me that a lot of poeple come in without legit manufacture issues (i.e. trying to get a free cartridge with there cartridge being almost empty. or because they simply didnt like it) and therefore they are unable to return it.
I just wanted to leave this review because it seems like a lot of these other reviews are one sided and they didnt get what they wanted to they take it out on the store, which i think is very unfair, they work hard and have policies for a reason. So if you do end up going here just know they are amazing and fair, people just suck. Don't let the reviews fool you. |
