Honestly, it's just weed — no need to act like customers are a burden for asking questions. If you're running a dispensary, basic courtesy and clarity should be a given.
The menus are written all over the walls in a confusing way, and they don't use the actual product names. Instead, they label things however they want, which leads to misunderstandings about what you're actually buying. I left with something completely different from what I thought I was getting.
There are plenty of other dispensaries that are more transparent, helpful, and respectful. |
