As a customer who invests heavily spending hundreds on products, I find the current recycling program highly inequitable. The return of mere pennies per container is minimal at best, and the new restriction limiting returns to only 10 containers per visit is an unreasonable inconvenience. This policy change, combined with the poor monetary return, significantly devalues my loyalty and feels like an unfair reduction in customer benefits. |
