| Selling product that's 11 to 12 months old, with no discount or even the option for customers to change their minds once they learn the package date. While I understand there's technically no "expiration date," customers deserve to purchase fresh product, and it should be your responsibility to maintain a quality, up-to-date selection. To make matters worse, I tried to purchase the Medipharm CBN after their website showed two in stock, only to be told there was supposedly one left, and that it "wasn't where it's supposed to be in the back," referring to the vault.
