| I worked there for three years, almost 4. I went through many departments, such as cultivation packaging warehouse, and production tech to production lead. Raises don't exist and favouritism is a huge thing with this company. They set their employees up for failure, they take chairs away if you aren't fast enough or cannot meet their crazy targets! Very unprofessional when it comes to letting people go, turnover rate horrible, will fire 5 + people in 1day and new management every year. If you wanna work for a company that treats their employees fairly and like humans, or simply want to trust your managers/supervisors, this is definitely not a place for you! |
