| The staff here are the only reason I've continued shopping, especially the two guys who've been here since day one. They're always friendly, helpful, and seem to genuinely appreciate the customers.
Unfortunately, the company itself is the problem. Unlike every other dispensary in town, this one flat-out refuses to order customer-requested products. I've asked several times and always get told it 'can't be done,' which is simply not true. Other shops in town manage it with no issue.
It feels like corporate policy ties the staff's hands and makes them take the heat for decisions that aren't theirs. Customers deserve honesty and options, and the staff deserve better support from the company. Until that changes, it's hard to recommend this location. |
