I was a bit disappointed visiting this location as I've been happy with the one in my town. They have display screens and two order kiosks - none worked. I browsed the binders at the cash desk with her standing there and people waiting. This means I have to rely on the budtender to help… but she wasn't very personable or overly friendly, and didn't seem like she cared to be there really. I asked for some suggestions for sativas. She did note that she doesn't smoke sativa so gave me no suggestions. There were some questions that anyone would have known (like that prerolls in tubes come with moisture packs). She didn't know what was in some taster packs (understandable) or what things were infused with… but this could easily be checked - she didn't offer to check for me. The other budtender working seemed to have a lot more knowledge. In the end, I just got some edibles I was familiar with and drove the 6 minutes to a different dispensary (super happy with them - will review separately).
