Kali is hands-down the Gandalf of ganja, the Yoda of Yaletown weed wisdom, the Picasso of pre-rolls. Every single time I ask her for a recommendation, she smiles, hands me something, and BAM—I'm glued to my chair like it's made of industrial-strength Velcro.
