The staff here are great and I've never had an issue with them. They've always been friendly and super helpful. My complaint is in regards to a product that they sell. DO NOT buy this item. The vape battery that I really liked, they discontinued and replaced it with this item. I bought this 3 weeks ago and in 3 weeks it's caused two cartridges to pop and launch that goo to the back of my throat & goo leaks into the battery.
