Terrible customer service. We went in to purchase a cart and a battery - requested a specific battery and the cashier upsold us and told us this battery was much better for a couple dollars more. We went with it only to find that it didn't fit the cart that we purchased. They refused to make it right and said "Too bad, final sale". Extremely disappointing and wasted money.
