Have been getting a substantial amout of products for last 2 years. Jason is awesome welcoming kind always. kim whom I just spoke to wasnt to pleasant or very helpful . I asked about the rewards loyalty program as I could not get anything online with points its says contact customer service . Not friendly or approachable after spending alot of money in store and online for theclast few years and having more loyalty points than anyone also commented on by staff from money spent. . I felt talked down to because I misunderstood what she said . Dont recommended for a friendly experience. Never had a problem till today . I Will be looking elsewhere for my products . Im a cancer patient and use it as medicine so im sad but will not tolerate being talked down to. An apology would be nice.
