I had such a great experience at The Coughy Shop in Regina! The store itself has a really welcoming atmosphere, but what stood out the most was the amazing service I received from Kim. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all my questions. Kim went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, and her friendly attitude made the whole visit enjoyable. It's rare to find customer service that genuine these days, and she really made the difference. I'll definitely be coming back — and recommending The Coughy Shop to friends and family.
