Thank you management for making changes over the last few months. Personally I have noticed a HUGE difference in the delivery of your services at this location. Specifically my in store experiences. promoting Kyia to manager at this location was definitely the right thing to do. Both her and Brooke are in tuned to their environments and have impeccable people skills. Someone else previously mentioned their warm and friendly demeanor.... It is absolutely true! And I can't stress enough how important that is! These are the type of people you want working for you and or want to be around. Very positive and uplifting souls they are. Thank you ladies, I appreciate your (time) and effort (energy).
