My friend recently visited Fire & Flower to exchange a faulty vape, and the experience was nothing short of outrageous. Instead of receiving basic customer service, they were met with hostility and complete disrespect from the staff. Rather than calmly addressing the issue or offering a reasonable solution, the employees escalated the situation unnecessarily. Shockingly, they even threatened to call the police—and followed through with it—over a simple product return request. It was an overreaction that showed a total lack of professionalism and empathy. No one should be treated this way for trying to return a defective item. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. We won't be returning, and I'd advise others to think twice before spending their money at Fire & Flower.
