| Absolutely terrible customer service from a girl with brown hair & quarter zip sweater on Saturday at 1145am.
First time in the location, thc stated as a range on the strain cards. As I have worked in the industry for 3 years now, I know each product will have a very specific THC amount labelled on the bag. I asked the worker what the THC was sitting at, to which she snarkly responded "is it not labelled right there?" and rolled her eyes. I said "yes it's labelled, but it's a range". She slammed her finger down on the card pointing to the range, and said "RIGHT HERE.". I politely asked for the thc to be checked, to which she said it was at 28%. I again asked for it to be checked, to which she rolled her eyes and slammed her hands into the cabinets before opening it. Upon checking the bag, it was sitting at 26.6%. There is a reason why it is important to check these things for the customer, as incorrectly stated THC levels can be dangerous for the consumer.
You may need to look into the educational background of this individual as they do not seem fitting for the cannabis setting. A customer should never feel belittled for asking a simple question. |
