| While visiting the store today I was treated with poor service. I entered the store at 9 am and was the first customer in the store, it wasn't busy, yet the staff member couldn't care less that I was there.
I asked for a product that I knew they had, only because it was stated they were fully stocked. Immediately without checking the inventory, I was told they didn't have it. I asked if he could check and he was adamant he knew it was something they didn't have. So I left.
Guess they don't want the sale...
A member of this store once asked me, why I hardly shop at Fika Oshawa anymore and THIS is the reason. Lack of customer service!!
There are many other options close by, better priced and friendly staff.
