I've been a client for Pop's cannabis since Pops opened. I have the sparks rewards. I go there almost every day I go in there and I give them my phone number and this is a new guy. I never seen him before. He says I don't have an account there I said yes I do. I was just here this morning yesterday. He's like well sorry you don't have an account here. I said yes I do. Here's the phone number and he turns around to me and I'm looking. I'm like why do I have this account here but it has been used since 2023 and that's not the phone number I have so I use my name and I looked it up and he's like I'm like I'm here every day so how am I not able to use my points today had yesterday and he's like well. I work here every day and I've never seen you Dude just because you work there every day maybe on late nights doesn't mean I don't go there every day, especially when I can describe every worker that goes in there don't disrespect a customer and tell them that you've never seen them before and you work there every day when I have proof and documentation that I go there almost every day for a walk-in special LA confidential by station house that's my favourite joint so if I'm going for a walk, I'll go in there and I'll grab a joint so I do use it often and this person was very disrespectful and I happen to stop off because it was a new schedule that it used to be open for 10 and it open till 11 that night and the guy was very rudeand I stopped going there ever since so now I ..
