I've made nine separate requests since January for Tribal Cuban Linx to be regularly stocked. I purchase six cartridges every week, yet nearly every time I visit, it's either not been ordered or there's only one available. At this point, that's over $5,000 in missed sales this year alone, potentially even more as I consider other options when purchasing—because it's never in stock at this location. I'm not sure how it makes sense to ignore consistent demand from a paying customer. If the goal of your business isn't to meet customer needs and drive sales, then what exactly is the objective? Reply to your response: You did call me once to let me know the product came in, and I appreciated that. But I've stopped in nearly a dozen times and either received nothing or just one cartridge. As I mentioned, I needed it that week and had already purchased elsewhere because I was completely out. When I came back two weeks later, the product still wasn't available. I understand it's your choice to rotate inventory, but if a product is being consistently requested and reliably sold, it makes sense to keep it stocked. Ignoring that demand just pushes customers elsewhere.
