Great product and the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Attention to detail, follow thru technical advice as I was trying to achieve the proper humidity level on my refrigerated humidor. After a few test we arrived at the perfect sweet stop. Check the picture attached. Highly recommended, they are honest and stand behind their product 💯
