Zero professionalism here, upon purchasing a boxhot cart the cashier did not give me a receipt this often doesn't happen and they don't forget. This time however upon getting home the cart is indeed defective it is leaking from the bottom very clearly. I go back to the same exact budtender the next day as he is on the same shift and he denys forgetting to give me the receipt and says it's my word against his. Upon asking for his manager he replied "he's not here and he comes n goes" As this is my neighborhood dispensary I have spent countless dollars there and after this I will certainly refuse to come here again. There are a good few other dispensaries nearby and I would suggest looking elsewhere. Update: The manager called me looking to "fix" the situation he then ghosted me and decided to completely drop all communication shortly after.
