I walked in, asked for pricing on sale flowers, said no thank you and left. THEN THE STAFF MEMBER FOLLOWS ME OUT TO THE PARKING LOT, TO CALL ME RUDE! She wasn't even the first rude woman (Jill) I was speaking to when i walked in. Jill had audibly scoffed when I looked disgusted at their "sale pricing", and the second woman who was not in the front literally ran out, leaving their premises, to call me rude. What should have been a two minute, in and out, is now a cortisol spike CPTSD attack thanks to her running out to accost me for not buying anything. My only other time here was much to the same affect, but I was witnessing staff be rude to someone else. And what I bought was not what she said it was, of course, no returns. So a waste of my money and further stress... Apparently... according to these two women, they regularly get customers upset with them. I wonder why...
