| Never again. We regularly purchase cannabis but have never been to Atlantic as Green stop is our store of choice. However we were in the area and decided to stop in here instead. The staff seems to be in absolute chaos although there were only a few customers in the store. We looked around and after about 10 minutes the line up still haven't moved. We got in line and waited another 10 minute or so. The lady in front of us was looking for gummies and presented with a whole array of items to choose from and the staff member took their time to serve her. When we got to the counter and wanted to see some selection (as there is little to look at in the show room and it was our first time there) she had no time for it and was rushing us. She was snappy and halfway though the transaction decided to demand our ID's. ( which of course was no issue as we are both heading on 30 lol) Everything we asked for wasn't in stock or she wouldn't look for it, snd she also then proceeded to serve people on her headset in the drive thru while still serving us. Communication was absolutely horrible and though we left with a purchase, the experience was not pleasant at all. We will not be coming back. As I said, Green stop is our place of choice and they clearly have their customer service down pat. |
