This dispensary in Toronto has a deeply disappointing approach to customer service. They refuse to explain their products in detail, including important information like terpenes and THC content, which is crucial for making an informed decision. If you take more than a few minutes to browse their extensive menu, they'll kick you out after around 13 minutes of looking, leaving you with little time to explore your options. To make matters worse, the staff often fabricate stories when confronted with honest customer reviews, leaving patrons shocked and disillusioned. This establishment should either be shut down, or the owners should consider selling, as their approach is not only unprofessional but very damaging to the cannabis community. OH and don't let them catch you reading a Reddit review on a product you're about to purchase- while in-store they will kick you out.
