Usually a great experience. Not today though. Didn't get the associates name but I found her very condescending and argumentative. I asked about a recycling program for the cartridges. She said it was a bad idea because people throw garbage in it. I asked her to forward a suggestion to the manager regarding recycling and she shut me right down. No room, we've set our prices, people put garbage in.
