EDIT - Derek, the shop owner reached out to me and took great care of me after what happened. I met up with him at the shop on Feb 15, and he explained the situation to me. I went in on the evening of Feb 10th, 2025 and bought a cart from Xplor – Rainbow Razz flavour. Upon opening the package, the oil in the cart was already oxidized. When I pulled, it tasted like burnt metal. I had someone else give it a try and they thought the exact same.
On Feb 11th, 2025 around 12:30pm I came back to Northern Lights to see if they could exchange it. The worker I spoke with had a very poor demeanor and attitude. I told him the cart tastes like its burnt, to the point where its unusable. It tastes like burnt metal. I also told him I was using this on my vape on the lowest sett .. |
