We placed an online order for delivery but was not notified they were closed, we called the next day to cancel the order and the man did. This was on Dec 9 I was told the refund would be back on my card within a few days. It's now December 23 no refund issued and store won't even simply call back. This was a large order and not pocket change. Not impressed. Merry Christmas eh
