| Absolutely amazing place. Staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Came in to return a defunked cart, and the guy asked me if it was OK if he tried to fix it. I was a bit confused but agreed because I'm a pretty minimal waste kinda person. 5 minutes later, he had it up and running, tested on a store battery, and tasty clouds appeared. Turns out there's a known issue with the occasional gasket slipping, and he returned the receipt to me and let me know if I had a problem again, I could still return it. Didn't need to, worked fine after.
My only drop in star rating is with the physical store itself. I find it *extremely* overwhelming and may have come across as highly suspicious my first time because the lights were incredibly bright and the music was way too loud over tin speakers. I honestly had to plug my ears and breathe myself down because it was assaulting all of my senses. I do appreciate that there is a need for illumination for staff safety reasons, and by no means would I ever want to compromise that. However, as someone with sensory issues, it was a great thing your staff were so friendly and knowledgeable because I literally couldn't think, read, or focus on any of the display cases. Coming in from the dark made it infinitly worse. I will definitely avoid your store at night time 😓
I noticed in another review that they were complaining about small selection....well it's like pretty much every dispensary in that I have been by on days where there .. |
