Love the product, love the staff.
I don't enjoy placing an order online when the site says it's in stock, to be told multiple times when I get there that it isn't, and then I'm stuck waiting for a refund and still have to make a purchase. Side note, I've been waiting 10 days for a refund after being told that day I was getting a refund, then drove in 4 days later and asked about the refund, and was told it was being done. Went in after 6 days from initial refund statement, and told it takes up to 5 business days. It's been 6 at minimum, and still no refund, no phone calls, they don't answer when I call.... unbelievable lol. Having to go through the bank to get a refund is unacceptable, I think I'll take my business elsewhere. |
