The place is named video cellar with a great big sign pointing out they're also a cannabis retailer. Well the movie rental section is a mere one shelf and the cannabis section is a tiny room at the back of the store. The staff don't use cannabis thus have no opinions or advice to offer and their sections is so limited they don't even have a menu. This is just a convenience store pretending to be 2 things it's not
