Hey team, you might want to work on your customer service skills. Today I stood in line and waited to buy some product only to have your team take 2 other clients who randomly walked in that your team apparently knew so they made me wait. After waiting almost 10 minutes I walked out. Just because you know someone you should help the client who has been standing in line waiting first. Won't be back - bummer since I live in neighborhood and was trying to support your business.
