I don't know where to start, or focus this review, but I feel giving them 1 star is the only way to get their attention. I've been in the shop a few times over the years, always friendly chatting with the owner. Never had a bad thing to say until more recently.
That said, the unprofessionalism coming out of here lately is just maddening. Read the lower reviews and you'll start to get the whole picture. It's so disappointing to see them respond to reviews in the way they do. Paranoid, childishly passive and sarcastic to no end.
I'd also like to throw my hat in about the mess of stickers around the area. I pulled down 36 stickers (and counting) placed every few feet on city and private property in just a small area on one side of Simcoe St. They were plastered on road signs, bus stops, cross walks, fences, windows of residences and businesses and much more.
To the owner:
This is at least the 2nd review asking you to please stop handing these stickers out in bulk. They're being used to deface our streets and property. We're tired of cleaning up after you. If you respond defensively to this review, it will only prove what I'm saying here. Listen, and act on the concerns of the community you serve. |
