At the end of September '23, my fiance and I were in town and had visited a dispensary down the street. When we realized we left without buying a lighter we went into ERBN. We asked Yvonne if we could buy one and she gave it to us for free!! So kind. After talking to her for a while about how she started in the industry, we couldn't resist shopping even though we already had everything we needed. She offered helpful recommendations and even threw in a nice little surprise for us to celebrate our recent engagement. Thank you Yvonne. When we're back in Toronto, we most definitely will return. 🩵
