UPDATE: Just got a call from Ashario basically stating that if I don't remove my review then they won't proceed with resolving THEIR ISSUE. Horrible customer service - my advice would be to never go here. I've shopped here several times now and every time has been great... except for the last time. The other day I purchased a cart from here that didn't work. I went back within 3 hours of buying the cart and it ended up being a cart from May 2023. The sales associate told me that they can't give me a refund because of cannabis rules and that I would need to contact the producer of the product. All I wanted to was to exchange it for a cart that wasn't almost a year old and that worked. Very disappointed with that experience. Other companies offer to fix your cart or replace it when there's issues. In this case, they should have checked their stock before selling such an old cart. Quite disappointing as I loved coming here. But that's a policy I can't really make sense of so I likely will take my business elsewhere unfortunately. Staff is always nice though
