| I bought a cartridge here last week, and I normally only shop at NY regular stores, but I was in the area and Long story short,
It was the first cartridge I got from this place and of course , my luck , it was defective , I was a bit upset
So I went back in today, and showed Kara and she gave me a full refund on it then I was able to get a different one and was very happy with the one I got
She rocks , couldn't stay mad at the situation once I started talking to her she is really nice
I will go back for sure , nice place
