| Just popped by Malibu Road for the first time and had such an amazing experience, I was compelled to write a great review. I am happy and not at all surprised to see overwhelmingly positive reviews from people who clearly left with the same warm and fuzzy feeling.
There is a great selection of carefully curated products, as well as some bookshelves with cool paraphernalia, books, the overall vibe of the store is welcoming and Sam and Andrew are blast to talk to. So knowledgeable, so genuine, and you can really feel their passion and the care they take to get the right stuff for people. I ended up staying way longer than I had planned because it was so great chatting and learning from them. While there I saw a procession of regulars, amazing conversations, and a deeply personal relationship with so many of the people who came in. Malibu Road really does feel like a community hub, and no doubt that is in large part to the incredible staff, which many others have mentioned as well.
I can see why so many people return. Prices are great, wide selection of good stuff and incredible crew.
