They sold me a faulty disposable dab pen that didn't last more than a day. Hardly even used it, it was clearly very filled with THC oil. All they could do was offer me a 10% discount on their dab pen products. Are you serious? you want me to spend my money on more faulty products. The employees deflected the blame onto the manufacturer and said they deal with this all the time but still push the product. Terrible customer service and overpriced scam products. Don't shop here, go to BC Cannabis where there's actually proper regulation of the products they sell. I personally will never shop at a burb store ever again.
