| I guess you have a new policy in which the sales person hunches over the product with a tight grip,wont let you have a half decent look and feel of the bag. I don't want to have my face inches away from your head leaning over the counter. Today you lost $288 in sales,not just because I could not get a good read on the products i was looking to buy, but the lady had nothing to say about any of my concerns. I went up the highway and took money elsewhere. |
