We enjoyed shopping here and always made a special trip to see your Bud tender Johnny only the past few trips have been disappointing because our fave was not working and the utter rudeness of your staff! Yesterday after a 30 min wait we finally were granted access luckily at 60 I had my id and was allowed in. My partner on the other hand had to go back to the car to get his. upon his returned they told him to wait again and kicked him out???? When I expressed he was with me and we already waited 1/2 hour ( only 1 customer in the store and 2 x staff) we were escorted out of the store Your poor customer service has lost you 2 long time loyal customers And if there was a way to get refunded for the membership we would!! Shame on you!
